Amy Boyette Demas

Amy Boyette Demas of Savannah, died Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born in Collins, Georgia, Tattnall County, on June 2, 1921 and lived in Savannah most of her life. Mrs. Demas was happily married to Pat Demas, Jr. for 51 years who preceded her in death. She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and was employed with International Paper until her retirement.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, followed by a Prayer Service at 2:00 p.m. in the Hodgson Chapel of Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors. Burial will immediately follow in the Catholic Cemetery, 1720 Wheaton Street, Savannah, Georgia.
